1. Non-Refundable Payments
   All bookings made for accommodations, packages, or other services at Dome City are non-refundable. Once the payment is completed, it cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted under any circumstances.
2. No Refund for Early Departures or Cancellations
   Any cancellations, modifications, or early departures will not qualify for a refund. We recommend reviewing your travel plans thoroughly before booking.
3. Exceptions
   In the unlikely event that Dome City is unable to provide the services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural calamities or government restrictions), we will strive to offer alternate arrangements. However, refunds will not be applicable.
