Booking and Payment

1. Advance Payment: A 50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
2. Balance Payment: The remaining 50% must be paid prior to check-in.
3. Payment Modes: Payments can be made via online transfer, credit/debit card, or any other authorized payment method as mentioned during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.Cancellation Requests: All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@evolife.co.in. 5.Refund Policy:

• • Cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in: 80% refund of the advance.
  • Cancellations made 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the advance.
  • Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in: No refund.

Check-In and Check-Out

6. Check-In Time: 12:00 PM 7. Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM 8. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Policies

9. Identification: All guests are required to present valid photo identification (e.g., passport, Aadhaar card, or driver’s license) upon check-in. 10. Occupancy: The number of guests must not exceed the room’s stated capacity.

Property Rules

11. Respect for Property: Guests are expected to maintain the property and respect its rules and surroundings. 12. Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking and alcohol consumption are allowed only in designated areas. 13. Pets: Pets are not permitted within Dome City premises.

Force Majeure

14. Dome City is not responsible for any cancellations or changes due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.

Liability

15. Dome City is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to secure their valuables.

Changes to Terms

16. Dome City reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated and applied to future bookings.
